Default OS 140RX EFI Bearing

If i replace the stock bearing in My OS140RX which also happens to be the Same bearing as the OS120AX. If it is replaced with the OS140RX EFI bearing. will this EFI bearing rust or need afterrun oil.

Thanks
Dennis

Default RE: OS 140RX EFI Bearing

No, the bearing for the 140EFI is a sealed and pre-greased one. It is an excellent upgrade for a std. 140RX or any other engine that uses the same dimension bearing. After assembly you will find that the engine seems to be harder to turn (more friction), this is normal due to the seals and grease and will not be an issue when running the engine.
