stabs.
leading edge is balsa and glued in with white glue, same for the tips.
as for the traling edge I made 1/16 balsa covers, and glued with thin CA

more building on the stabs done.
opened the hole in the fuse for the stab sevo wire.
then cut the elevators to clear the rudder throw.
I will use MK control horns mounted on a 3/8 hardwood dowel, the hinges are Great planes CA hinges.

stabs ready to cover (only final sanding missing) I'm verry happy, they both end the exact same weigth and very ligth
dubro ball links and clevises with 2-56 rod linkage.
then the tail wheel mount and the rudder post.
PD: the plane covers are very nice!!!

more..
saded the ruder post in the fuse to have double bevel, then build up the rudder.
I will use a removable rudder, to make this I used du-bro large scale hinges, and a music wire replaces the pin. then a small cut in the fuse hides and holds in place the wire below the tail wheel.

the wings.
leading edges glued with white glue, same for the tips.
the trailing edges are from 1mm balsa glued in with CA
I made the tip blocks hollow to save some weigth, as for the SFG same thing as in my Pass-Port, I dont like them, to me they LOOK terrible, I'm not saying they dont work. So... no SFG's to me. and I belive lighter tips help better snaps.

more..
sanded the wing tips.
instaled end caps on the wing tube sleeves, I made them from 1/16 balsa glued with CA
then marked how much of the sleeves should be into the wings in order to reach the reinforcement rib on the inside of the wings.
finally glued the sleeves in with 30 min epoxy and lots of microballoons to make a very ligth and thick mix.

wing center rib glued in place, first sanded the wings to make a good fit with the fuselage.
then started mounting the wing adjusters, I moved their location about an inch to the back, this way the adjustment is more precise and the wing remains more solid.

Hey Tuny; great job!!
A silly question: did CAmodel give any kind of manual for this kit? If so; is it in any format that you can share (PDF or so)?

RE: CA MODEL ONAS BUILD
Thanks Guille, but no, as with any pattern plane, there is no manual.
opened the holes in the fuse for the aileron servo wires and for the wing mounting bolt.
wing adjusters in place, wing bolt mount in place. (to this mount I added a couple of pieces of sandpaper to prevent the bolt from comming loose)
then installed the small tube for the adjusters on the wings.

A small hole on the bottom of the wings, just below where the adjusters tube goes, helps to glue it better

wing mounting bolts in place, they are mounted on a 1/8 plywood disc inserted on the wing center rib.
then I saved some weigth on the rib.

RE: CA MODEL ONAS BUILD
cutted the ailerons... I used a 4mm cap on the wing and a 6mm cap on the aileron, I also continued the aileron all the way to the tip, this way I have a little more aileron surface that helps in better snaps.

RE: CA MODEL ONAS BUILD
Thanks Jon!!! I´m glad you like it.
aileron servo boxes and aileron control horns.
I moved the aileron servos a couple of inches to the fuse, this way the weigth is closer to the center and this helps in a more stable plane and easier to stop the naps. also you save a little weigth by using less servo wire.
