Hi Joe,

We removed the forums on the NSRCA website during the redesign of the site. It wasn't getting used much and we didn't feel it necessary to keep the expense of maintaining it. We are still maintaining the discussion lists though of course.

Are you referring to "expense" of people's time? The forums used, SMF is free.
