Dual Elevator servos.
I´ve recently bought my first gasser.. a 30cc mx2.
been flying very happily on my T7c (fasst) and have been very happy with it, not really seeing any need for a general "club flyer" to need anything else..
BUT.. This new model has dual elevator servos which the 7c is having problems dealing with.
I have managed to get it working to some degree, by altering the 2nd aileron to channel 5 (and 1) so elevator is 2, with a P mix of -100% to channel 6 for the 2nd aileron servo.
HOWEVER the trim only works on the servo in channel 2, not the servo in channel 6... not so much fun.
2 questions
Is there a way round this with the 7c?
If not which would be the next radio up where I can start to deal with this.
I REALLY like the 8c, for price and simplicity.. does it REALLY do as they advertise? the one radio you'll ever need? or is it worth bypassing it and going to a 10 or so.

I assume you mean the 7C 2.4 Ghz version?
I helped a friend set up his Dual elevators on a QuiQue 72" Yak. Futaba has had a Dual Elevator mix for quite some time, but I first saw it on my 8AUPS and 9CAP. It is called Ailevator. It is designed primarily to allow you to mix Ch2 and Ch8 for Right and Left Elevator halves. The 7C 72Mhz version does not have this but the 2.4 version does. You can use Ch5 and Ch7 for Ailevator and Ch1 and Ch6 for Flapperons. It is much easier than using a Programmable Mix.
