Airplane Throttle Hold - Futaba 8UAFS
I'm using my 8UAFS for a small electric airplane. How do you set up a switch as a throttle hold? I want it that when the switch is thrown, the throttle will not work no matter where the position of the throttle stick is.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I don't see the setup for a mix for throttle lock for electrics in the FAQ's
Basically, you want to mix throttle to throttle, set both rate percentages to -100% (up and down stick), try it with the offset set to zero, and assign to the switch of your choice.
This is the setup for a 9C, but I would think it would work for the 8U as well. With this mix, the throttle output will be locked at zero when the mix is enabled, regardless of stick position.
Good luck,
Pete
