Default Volz Wing Maxx HP noise question.

I have just setup twin volz wing maxx HP's on the elevators of a DF sabre. The servos are installed in the stab itself. When the servo is operated, they are noisy as heck. Are Volz known to be noisy? Or do I have a noisy pair? They are full metal gears I believe. The noise is not due to any binding, as they are noisy even when sitting on the table without any load. Noise here means motion noise..not servo buzzing.

Metal gears by nature WILL be noisy. I would think some lubrication would quiet them but then if they are new, I would leave them alone. The Germans are great engineers who pay very close attention to detail. I'm sure they're fine the way they are.

Just my 2 cents
