FS Tx Charge Plug
I bought a couple cheapo FS Tx's (FS-ct6b and FS-gt2), and I notice that they both have charge ports. I was wondering if anybody knows if there is an equivalent charger adapter (futaba, airtronics, etc) that I can use on these to charge my batteries.
P.S. Is anybody else having trouble with the search function on rcu lately? Just trying to figure out if this is on my end.

RE: FS Tx Charge Plug
RCU has actually locked up on my several times today, alone, while I was responding to a Reply on a Thread.
As an example, Futaba compatible and JR/Spektrum compatible Tx's are wired with opposite polarity. If you are using a simple Wall Charger, you can damage the Tx or Blow a Fuse if you use the wrong charger.
Most higher quality charger have Polarity Detection and warn you to switch the Charge Leads, so you cannot damage the Tx if it is hooked up backwards.

RE: FS Tx Charge Plug
I have an electrifly triton 2 that I charge with. Looks like it detects reverse polarity. So, if it can detect reverse polarity should I just plug one of my adapters in and see if I get that warning? And if I get that warning should I just switch red and black? Will that work, or am I misunderstanding?

RE: FS Tx Charge Plug
Absolutely!! I have the Triton and Triton2 as well as a couple of FMA Cellpro 10S chargers and an Astroflite 109 charger. Plug the Red and Black banana jacks into their appropriate sockets on the charger and connect the Charge Plug to the Charge Jack on the Tx. If the charger says Reverse Polarity then just switch the Red and Black jacks. Avoid using the Wall Charger (sometimes referred to as the Wall Wort) unless you know for sure it is the right type for your batteries.
