Default eFlite g110 use in airplanes

I am investigating the use of servos to control the rudder during takeoff on aircraft tail dragger models. The eFlite G110 I have will not hold position in HH mode. I am using the Futaba 7Fc Tx with a R127D Rx on FM with channel 4 to the servo and channel 7 to the control. I can get it to ALMOST stop but no matter what I do to the trim or subtrim I continues to creep. It does not stop until the servo gets to the limit in either direction. When I read the Flite G110 manual it indicates that this is NORMAL!!!

My question is how in the world does this gyro ever function in any application if it creeps this way all the time? I have another GAZ 126 that is connected to the same equipment that does not creep.
Am I missing something??
