Spektrum DX3S Error

whenever i turn it on I get a ERROR on the screen and nothing works.... can anyone help me with this problem

Have you called Product Support yet? That's what we pay them for!

I don't know what it means (I do Air radios) but I'll ask when the Surface guys get in.
