RE: ACE Radio's?
It's kind of an unusual situation. Thunder Tiger/Ace Hobby had been working with Hitec to supply radio systems for some of their RTF helicopter packages. Even though Thunder Tiger folded up Ace Hobby and signed a distribution deal with Hobbico, there is still product to sell and contracts to be fulfilled. Because of this, Tower Hobbies now has Ace-branded radio equipment to move.
The good news is that, since much of the equipment appears to be made by Hitec, it should all be of good quality.

Heck ACE made radio's before Hitec started. They also bought out Pro Line which was one of the best radio systems in the 70's. They probably had the best computer radio for a while but while the electronics and airplane design staff was inventitive the rest of their team was lazy.
I think ACE servo's were there own, perhaps their own design made by Hitec.
