Has anyone had good or bad service with their Futaba?
I'm getting ready to send mine in for some repair.
I just sent in my JR radio for repair also.
I'm curious who has better service!
Thanks!

My experiances with Futaba service have been excellent. I recently sent a transmitter and receiver in to get checked out and was completly satisfied with the resoloution of the problem. Right now I have three more receivers in getting a "checkup" and all seems to be going well.

Does anyone know what procedures Futaba performs to check out a system? Besides fixing something that is broken, how do they tell if the system is working optimally. I have a 9VAP that I haven't used for a while, when I get it back from them, can they assure me that it's like new? Am I being overly concerned? What could happen to a transmitter that's been sitting around for a few years? (besides batteries)
