Default System 500 Radio

I have been told that Tower purchased the transmitter & receiver from Futaba, once Futaba had replaced them with newer models. Unfortunately Futaba will not support the Tower radios as far as repair goes. The servos could be either Futaba, or Hobbico. I'm still using a TSS-50 and a TSS-10 servo with my Airtronics radio (after replacing the servo cable & connector), although everything else about this radio has become too obsolete to repair. They were wideband AM systems, after all.

If you need replacement parts for the transmitter send an email to [email protected], and I might be able to provide parts. I no longer have the receiver, batteries or most of the servos. I still have the switch & battery-less transmitter.
