Need help to DIY whip antenna for 36 MHZ RX
Where I live we use 36 MHZ and I can't find a whip antenna that is designed for the freq. I checked a DIY site:
http://www.uoguelph.ca/~antoon/index.htm for a DIY info but it's for 72 MHZ. At the time of writting this thread the site is down.
I like to know if anybody can help me with the components. Well it only need a coil and piano wire but I don't know what coil to use and the length of the antenna.
I need to install this on my electric heli Corona that I am building to avoid long wire getting caught on the rotot etc.
Where should I look to find a solution?
