Can I use any brand reciever with a Futaba
Today I upgraded my TC4 to 2.4ghz with the Futaba FHSS Transmitter. My B4 already uses 2.4ghz, could I use my associated receiver with my Futaba transmitter because it supports more than one car?

Futaba uses the FASST system on 2.4 If the receiver is a Fasst compatable receiver, it will work If not, you are out of luck.
2.4 ghz and 72/75 mhz at two quite different animals. Where the 72/75 mhz TX and RXs were compatable between brands for the most part. 2.4 seldom is.

Try to link (bind) the transmitter and receiver and you'll know immediately. Or contact Associated http://teamassociated.com/support
