JR 9393 Problem!
Greetings,
Yesterday while I was scrolling down the menu, the screen went bezerk and then vertical/horizontal lines start to appear! I recharged the battery to see if the screen goes back to normal but to no avail. I wonder if this is the circuit board issue or the battery just went out cold without being able to be recharged? Any comments will be appreciated. Thanks DP

My JR 9303 did this after I installed the 2.4 module and I sent it into HH. The "encoder board" went bad and they had to replace it. They completely checked out the transmitter. I came out good as they fixed mine for free even tho it was older.
Fill out the online work order request and send that in with the TX. I had to pay for the shipping to HH. They paid for the return shipping.

By the way as I was waiting for my 9303 to be fixed my wife said go ahead and get the new JR 9503. I purchased one. I use the 9303 as a back up.
