someone bind 6J to Tactic RX please
If someone has them would you please bind the Futaba 6J , 8J or even the 4YF TX to any Tactic 2.4 RX? I'll greatly appreciate it before I order my own. Thanks.

Sure, could I send you one? You can keep it. If so pm me your ship address. I'll just want to know if it binds and if you could use it (test it out at range) for me that would be great. If it works I'm going to buy a 6J for myself.
I'm not seeing a T6J , what is the T?

It is just the designation for the Futaba TX's. i.e. T7C, T6ex, T6J etc. I will pm you my address then I'll just return your rx after.

Tactic and Futaba are not compatible. Each only works with their own brand. In addition, the Futaba 6J and new 8J only work with the S-FHSS receivers. They will not work with the FASST receivers.

If you know this for sure it will save me some shipping and a lot of wasted time for ton2di. These Tactic RX are FHSS , I am not sure what the ''S'' is but the Futaba TX are supposed to do both FHSS and S-FHSS , right?

I know it "for sure". But why not ask your question the in Vendors only area and one of the Futaba support people can confirm it for you.
This might help too:

I know what Krysta said. A hobbico Rep said that the 4YF MAY be compatible. It's probably like many things in life , just do it yourself to see.

OK, Krysta, Steve, and Bill B. have ALL said that the two systems are not compatible. They ALL work for Hobbico. I think that pretty much seals the deal for me!!

You of course are welcome to try, but Tactic is not made by Futaba and these two are not compatible.
I am sorry you received incorrect information from a Rep when you called Hobbico. But in the future, if you have questions directly related to Futaba items, you may want to contact the Futaba Support line directly at 217-398-8970 opt 2, by email at [email protected] or by fax at 217-398-7721.
Also Bax and I are available here in the Futaba Support forum. And yes, I do work for Hobbico and have for over 20 years.

How'd I miss all these responses? Anyways thanks guys. ton2di did indeed try it for me and it didn't work , of course. Thanks ton2di and others. I suppose I need to wait until Tactic make a TX with model memory.

RE: someone bind 6J to Tactic RX please
I e-mailed them. Tactic has stated that they do not and will not (soon) make a TX with multi-model memory. The any-link may be the better alternative http://www.tacticrc.com/tacj2000.html
Hopefully it will allow me to use a TX with all of my Tactic Rx in my planes. I plan to try it out on the Turnigy 9x even though it isn't on the list. This should allow many users the same alternative.
