Default Hard lineing a TX to RX

Hi everyone!

Sorry if this question has already been asked somewhere in the past. I was wondering if anyone has ever hardlined a 72mhz transmitter to a reciever. I would imagine that the line would have to be connected to the TX before the ammplification stage. but, then again it may not really matter?

It sounds like you are talking about Direct Servo Control (DSC). I have never heard of HardLining. It is not a common RC term. At any rate, transmitters such as the Futaba 8AUPS, 9CAP, and JR XP9303 were DSC compatible. You could either connect a DSC cable between the Tx and a compatible Rx or you connect the DSC cable between the Tx and a DSC compatible 3 wire Switch Harness.

This would allow you to Link the Tx and Rx without transmitting RF.

Is that what you are referring to?
