Who Has the Best Price for the Futaba 9C(Servo City)
Hi,
I may be upgrading to the Futaba 9C. Does anyone have suggestions on where to purchase? I am looking to buy just the transmitter with battery and charger. I want to move into a very nice neighborhood but can't afford all the extras. Any help would be great.

www.servocity.com is the place to buy your Futaba 9CAP. I ordered mine around Christmas and got it a week later in the mail.

I just purchased the 9CA with R149DP from ServoCity. I bought it on price(best I could find in any internet search), and had to wait a week for a product that was "In Stock" to ship. Email support is no good (8 days to answer my email) but phone support is fine..Now if I can just get that crystal for my GWS Receiver I can get back inthe air...

Bruckner gave me the run around for quite a while before I got my 9C. I actually went through the ordering process three times before they got it right. I would avoid them if possible.

Thanks for the Tip. I already ordered from Horizon Hobby.. Once again great service and no complaints.. My first order from them ( a GWS Zero) was apparently sat upon by the UPS guy (fragile mean sit here). Horizon had the replacement pieces sent to my hotel at no charge overnight. I had also messed up the last crystal order (my fault ordered the wrong size) and they sent the proper one at no charge.. They get my business for anything that they sell.. they just don't carry the Futaba 9c

Always could check Tower
Just purchesed a mega order form Tower Hobbies including the 9CAP with 4 servos and a receiver. Anyways they threw in one of there huge catalogs and I see that they are offering a free 16k CAMPAC and I believe a $20 gift cert with the purchase of the 9C, same deal is in RC Modeler June issue I believe. They claim the 16k CAMPAC is a $99 value but then they sell it for around 49.99 I think, whatever, I am just mumbling now check em out for yourself heres the link to the radio alone, no servos.

I did it! I ordered from Servocity today. The futaba 9CA for $269. I am really excited. This will be the best radio I've had. Can't wait to show it to you outsider! Thanks for your recomendations!

I just bought my 9C from Servo City also, it should arrive today.
They have great prices and free shipping and the people on the phone are very nice. I'm not gonna argue over $10 here or there. I would rather develop a working relationship with a seller and Servo City seems to be the best company overall to deal with.
Three orders so far and nothing but good deals and fast shipping.

I just called Dave Thacker and wouldn't you know it, RadicalRC was in fact cheaper, shipped.
Not by much, but a bucks a buck.
I had Brad on the phone for about 10 mins talking about the Futaba, and just went ahead and bought it from Servo city without checking with Radical first, like I usually do.
When a company will spend the time to talk to me, I'll usually try to kick them an order for their time.
