Default Spektrum Aircraft Telemetry RPM Sensor & Bracket - SPMA9569

I purchased an OS55AX that I want to attach a Spektrm Aircraft Telemetry RM Sensor & Bracket (SPMA9569), unfortunately the RPM sensor does not directly bolt on to the OS. The sensor is designed to fit onto the back of a glo engine via two of the four bolts which are at the back of the engine. In this case the 'well' at the back of the OS, is not quite deep enough to take the sensor, also the walls of 'well' are angled slightly inwards, so I need to both mount the sensor higher through longer bolts (probably about 3mm or so higher) and move the sensor away from the walls of the 'well' so that it isn't resting against the side of the engine.

Does anyone have any experience with doing this with an OS or other engine? Keen to see some pictures of the way in which people have mounted the sensor.

Thanks
