You definately do not want to use either Elevons or V-tail (unless you are doing it for a reason and know what/why you're doing it)....you can set a second servo (in another channel) as a slave to the "first" (i.e. channel 2) servo, or an easier approach would be a Y-connecter depending on your situation......
