You spend about $100.00 bucks a piece for coreless and metal gear servos from futaba and the problem is if you need gears you have to buy the whole set. You strip the two cheap little plastic gears that are worth about $2.00 bucks everytime.I have four sets of gears I have to buy for my S9206 sevros and its going to run about $200.00 bucks , just so I can get the plastic gears.Any one know where you can just get the gears you need or are you just screwed.

Gear set
I've encountered the very same problem. I called futaba service and got a part number for a different gear set with the same plastic gears I needed. There may not be one for your servo but it's worth trying
