Default Futaba 9155-Gear Replacement

I have two of these per wing half on an Aeroworks Extra 100cc. These are rated at 192 oz. torque on 6 volts so they are above the recommended 180 oz. per servo. They are smooth and fast and have always given good service.
Yesterday I was coming by on a low pass with the plane and noticed the aileron was "bouncing" up and down. I landed and pulled one of the wing halves and found a lot of loose movement. Everyone of the 9155's on the ailerons has excessive play in it.
I have found the gear sets at tower and plan to order new gears for all four servos. My question, is this gear change fairly simple to do? Second, is this problem common with the futaba 9155?
I know what loose play in an aileron can do and I will be checking the linkages as well as replacing servo gears.
Thanks for the help.
