Default HORIZON HOBBY-HOW'S THIS FOR SUPPORT??

I discovered that one of my older Spektrum AR9000 receivers didn't have the latest firmware updates. I also had a satellite receiver with a damaged antenna.

Day 1(Friday): Mailed to Horizon
Day 4 (Monday): Receieved Horizon email acknowleging receipt.
Day 5 (Tuesday): Email from Horizon that the receivers were shipped
Day. 8 (Friday): Package arrived.

One week from being mailed to receiving the items back from Horizon Support.

Top that Hobby King

Hobby King has no idea what customer service is. So there is no comparison. And right behind Hobby King is Banana Hobbies.

Hobby King is so inexpensive that you don't normally need service, just throw the offending part away and buy a new one, but make sure it is in a warehouse in the country you are in or it could take a long time to get to you.

If you buy a radio from Horizon you can expect outstanding support and most repairs will be "no charge"
