Let the fun begin. Ok, I have a Flyzone J3 Piper Cub that has a TSC600 ESC and originally came with a TRX600 6 Channel FM reciever and a TTX400 FM radio. When using the stock TX/RX, the plane worked great. However, I wanted to use it with my TTX650 radio so I put a TR624 6 channel 2.4 ghz reciever in it and bound to the radio ( I set up servos just like the FM radio had it as far as reversing & such). The servos work just like they are supposed to BUT the esc won't engage. The original directions say to put the throttle up for 5 seconds then back down and the esc will be engaged. That is not happening. Any ideas of what I can do to get this fixed?

From the Manual:
❏ 5. To start the motor, the throttle stick must first
be “OFF”, all the way down when switching on
the transmitter and plane. Then move the stick all
the way up and hold it there for 5 seconds. Then
return the stick down. This will “arm” the motor.
The motor will now operate when the throttle stick
is moved up. NOTE: Arming the motor must be
done each time after the airplane has been turned
OFF! (Arming of the motor is a sefety feature that
prevents inadvertant starting of the motor if the
transmitter is switched on with the throttle stick in
any position other than full off.)

Did you reverse the throttle channel?

yes, I have tried it both ways.
