Default Charging through Cermark DSC Switch?

Guys,
What is the highest rate that I should charge my 2400 mah Nicad RX pack, through a Cermark DSC Heavy Duty switch? I quick charged my pack at about 3 amps the other day, through the charge jack on my DSC switch. Was this ok? Thanks.

The information I have been inclined to believe, suggests the OEM connectors are rated for TWO amps. That said most of our GS applications exceed this specification and then some. I think for the sake of the cells if nothing else I would never exceed two amps (switch and wiring capabilities are not considered). Thing is these cells are not designed for this high rate charge. Unless they are NOT your atypical RX batteries.
