Default S-bus question

I'm considering a new radio soon but I really don't understand the S-bus concept. Well...I understand it but I really want to know if all my expensive 3 wire digital servos are going to be obsolete? Mitch

Eventually, probably!
Meanwhile there is a module that converts from S bus back to the standard 3 wire servos.
It will depend on how proprietary the S buss scheme becomes.

You can use your std servos with S.bus receivers by either plugging them into the PWM ports or via decoder cable that assigns an address to the conventional servo.

Also Futaba S.Bus servos are fully compatible with any receivers PWM outputs (even old MHZ receivers) without any special programming.
