Default Affordable 2.4 receiver

I am looking for a high quality 2.4, micro receiver. Berg and Corona are very lightweight but all are on 72.

HK orange are very popular, I have several and they are reliable, many people use them in all sort of planes except the jets (understandable )
Get the orange satellite for extra security. Hope this helps.

Cheers, V.

It's hard to give a good answer when you haven't mentioned what brand/model transmitter you're using
It does make a difference
