In the 7C transmitter, if you have the flaperon mixer activated, but on a switch, that switch can turn it on and off. That will 'kill' the action of the flaperon mixer. The switch should be set to "--". If you want the ailerons to move as flaps, you must activate the Flap Trim as well. Please see page 42 of the manual.
For dual elevators, you can use the Ailevator function. Please see page 45 in the manual.
If you don't use the built-in functions, but use p-mixes instead, trim will only work on the primary channel, and won't carry through to the slaved channel.
