Good value in "off brand" digital sport servos
Looking for reliable, and reasonably priced sport digital servos, standard size with about 50-70 in/oz torque. I have heard, some of the "off" brand servos are actually very good servos. Is this true?
What have you used with good results? And what should I stay away from?
I have never used digitals, and since I need some servos, thought now would be a good time to try them. I usually use HiTec servos, but, just looking to see what else is out there.

I have been using Tactic servos from Tower hobbies and also XQ Power from Redwing RC with good results, I will say that on the Tactic servos it's been less than a year but so far all is well.

I asked before without a response.... what price range are you guys looking at that would be considered a bargain for the performance? For example, one guy might consider $20 expensive where another might consider it extremely cheap. No use to suggest something if it's not in the range of what you want to spend.

You know, it is funny that only a few years ago Hitec was considered a "fringe" servo, especially among the giant scale and jet guys. Now they are pretty much the standard, except for some
die-hards that must use Futaba or JR...

Hitec servos, well they used to be the ones that were the "off" brand and thought of as junk. I have been around long enough to remember Futaba as the junk plastic radio's. How times have changed.
I have Airtronics, Futaba, JR, Kraft, Hobby Shack, tower hobbies and a few Hitec's and lots and lots of other brands.
For the budget servo I have a dozen or so of these. They are in my 90fs Formula 3D, low wing trainer, (3) RC trucks, brothers and brother in laws planes and trucks. They work pretty well. They have a high torque and a high speed.

Nice prices and specs.
No. Nobody is saying that they are as good as $250 @ Futaba servos.
