Futaba 14MZ Backup error message
Hello,
After replacing the 14MZ battery too fast, didn't wait for the screen to turn off before replacing the battery, I get the "Backup Error" message on the screen.
The Futaba Service center technician suggested to send the 14MZ for repair.
I live in Montreal, Canada, and sending the unit will be a long and expensive proposition, especially in the middle of our short flying season!
I have been told that the backup error problem may be reset with a utility loaded either from the CF card or the USB port, or accessing the Service Menu.
Does anybody have a solution to this problem, or how to access the Service Menu?
