Default 18MZ GPS is wildly inaccurate.

I flew my Screamin' Demon today with a Futaba SBS-01G telemetry module (GPS) connected to the 7008SB receiver. The TX displays the highest speed recorded during a flight, as well as continuous real-time data. After landing, I checked the highest speed recorded and it was 176 MPH! With the piped OS 32SX and 8-8 APC prop, there's NO WAY the airplane was going anywhere near that fast, even straight down. Max level speed should be in the 125-135 MPH range, give or take. The distance and altitude data seemed about right. Anyone else experienced inaccuracy such as this? Is there something I can do to fix it? Thanks in advance

Was it reported as miles or kilometers per hour?

MPH. That was the first thing I checked.
