Hobby Eagle A3 gyro installation
I am installing this gyro in my airplane and I need suggestions regarding placement. How far does it need to be from the receiver or battery to avoid interference? Is there a rule of thumb to avoid issues?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

You need to say what radio you are using.
That said I don't know why a gyro would create interference. There are no rf components in there I know of.
I put gyros on the CG if I can.
I have one mounted on the top of my receiver.

I am using a Spektrum AR6200 receiver. I have heard some folks say that gyro's can pick up interference from receivers if located too close.
Just not sure what too close is.
Thanks.
