Default Binding spectrum dx6 to quadcopter

Hi, my name is charlie and I'm in the process of building a quadcopter. I work at a hobby town so I bought a dx6 with my discount, from the research I've done they're decent radios. I got it all wired and got it to bind with no issues, but I cannot arm the quad and none of my blades will spin, also it wont recognize me moving the sticks on cleanflight. What is my issue and has anyone had this happen to them. Please help I wanna get back up and flying asap

Try lowering the throttle trim. If that doesn't work, lower the throttle endpoint in your trans programming. When it kicks in, you will hear a beep from the trans.
