Default Servo recommendation

Hello,
I am building a robot for a competition and am in need of a high torque servo. I need a servo that fits the following requirements:[list][*]at least 11 kg-cm torque[*]

Why don't you contact a vendor such as Servo City and ask their recommendations. They sell most of the full line of Hitec and Futaba servos and respond to email questions asap. They also specialize in robotics.

Hitec HS-755HB fits these needs, though you have not stated a size range.

HS-755HB Karbonite Gear, Giant Scale Servo | HITEC RCD USA

Current draw is 1.8 amps full stall (stall is when the components inside of the servo burn up from the motor being unable to turn anymore).
