Spektrum S6180 Servo issue

I am installing Spektrum S6180 servos in my 30cc ultra Stick. During final setup of the mixes, the left flap servo just stopped working. Swapped left and right flaps and it definitely was the servo. Horizon is sending a replacement, but was wondering if any experienced issues with the 6180?

What battery are you running?

I seem to remember something about them recommending those servos and a LiPo rx battery.
