I want to disable the Custom Voice Sequencer and return to reports to enable adding another Switch for additional alerts. Right now I can’t get out of the Custom Voice Sequencer mode.

Yes, there's an issue in there about getting to the menu. It's on my to-do list.
The radio only allows 8 switch options, and then it forces you to the stepped list. My guess is you used them all up already.
