Default Turnigy retracts

I have a set of turnigy full metal 90 degree retracts. Obe does not work when assembled. When i take it apart...the motor drives the screw fine. Then when reassembled. No go. Any suggestions or tutorials on how these things work?

As has been stated elsewhere on this site anytime you by Hobbyking products it's best to buy a spare set.
