Who will be the Futaba distributor?

Horizon bought Futaba? Hardly.... lol
Futaba is setting up shop for the RC model market at an existing facility in Huntsville, AL where they currently take care of all of Futaba's other RC programs in the USA. They have indicated that they will be the importer/distributor/repair center for the model equipment.
As to who will be vendors? It's a pretty good bet that most of the existing vendor/dealers will continue to sell Futaba RC model stuff. It's still seems to be up in the air whether or not Tower will continue to sell the radios since they are part of Hobbico which Horizon purchased and Spektrum radios are already for sale at Tower.
Things you buy off eBay have a high probability of being fakes, black market or equipment not having FCC stickers meaning that it cannot legally be used in the USA.
So hang tight, the word from Huntsville is that it should not be much longer.

Okay I'll put it this way Horizon bought the rights from Hobbico to distribute Futaba products.
All the usual places will sell Futaba but the name of the distributor has changed.
OP asked where to get Futaba rxs right now so those mentioned above, so yes hang tight and Futaba will be readily available from other sites.

You are mistaken. When the judge finalized Hobbico's bankruptcy, it voids all the contracts but not necessarily the debts. Hobbico owed Futaba, according to reports I've seen, 2.5 million dollars. Since the contracts were still in force until the final ruling on the bankruptcy in April, Futaba could not do anything about modifying or cancelling the contract with Hobbico for their hobby radios. That's why it's taking a bit of time for them to get up and running.
