Default Futaba Receivers No where to be found

I am going to change to 18MZ and converting existing 1221 receivers to 7014SB or two 7008SB but tried to find and WOW none to be found. Does anyone know when Futaba plans to get them back in stock???

Thanks

That addresses the service and repair side of things, but what about production and distribution? Will that also go through the new Huntsville operation? I'm curious if production has stopped entirely during this transition or if the receivers are out there, there just is no distribution network to get them out.

Futaba allowed their distribution to get behind the curve and is now playing catch up, the radios are being produced and will be distributed by Futaba usa. I think in a month or so things
will be sorted out.

it will be like it was before great planes acquired the distribution/service for futaba.
the huntsville site will be the service and distribution hub. they will send product to dealers.
futaba itself is still making and selling radios and components. that part has not stopped, just because of a shakeup in the US market.
all we need here is for the distribution chain to get finalized.
it is taking longer than i would have expected, but, not being an insider to this, all i can do is make an estimate(wild ass guess).

Futaba has a massive global presence and hobby sales make up a small portion of what they do. Their product was never manufactured here, they don't have any reason to stop production. They had a contractual obligation to give Hobbico the exclusive distribution rights here in the US for all Futaba product and nothing could be done until the Judge cleared their contract, which happened not long ago. Patience will be key, they will have all distribution up and running in due time.

I have 4 of the 7008 receivers that I do not use. 2 are brand new in box and 2 of them have been installed but removed from the aircraft. I would be willing to sell them for a decent price if you are interested. Send me a PM.

Thanks for the offer. I have always been a guy that has to buy radio stuff direct from manufacturer. I do appreciate the chance to get back up and going. I will be patient for now

Kevin....go to RCJAPAN for all your Futaba stuff.
https://www.rcjapan.net/
I have bought a bunch of servos and extensions recently and ESC before that.
They have great communication and the pricing compared to Tower is/was a two-fer.
Take advantage of the currency exchange rate...the product is the same and you'll get 5 day service.
Can't be beat....especially now that there seems to be no distribution in the Americas.

Dave

Thanks for the heads up but they don't have the FCC stickers on them. (They function the same I'm sure but if there was an issue might be a big problem) I will wait for stock to hit the Futaba USA site.
