Digital servos

Hitec servos can be programmed, so I'm assuming they have a microchip inside. What about non-programable digital servos, do they all have a microchip ?

What about analog servos, do the have a microchip ?

Yes analog servo also have microchip (ATMEL on cheaper servo).. Most are programmable via arduino.
