Motors just start running.
I build model submarines and use a Futaba 9CA. The problem I am having is this. With the throttle in neutral position the motors just start running in reverse. The only way I can get them to stop is to go to full reverse the full forward then back to neutral. Is this a radio problem or a speed control problem.
I have to use FM as 2.4 will not work in a submarine under water.
Please help.
