Futaba 18sz region
Is there anyone that can help with a Futaba 18sz TX that was brought over from EU to change region to US? Futaba US support isn't helpful on a used radio purchase that doesn't have an FCC sticker.

If there is no FCC sticker, isn't it illegal to use in the US?
I doubt anyone will notice the missing sticker, but if they check that kind of thing at an AMA contest or field, I don't think they won't let you use that transmitter.
Plus, I don't know if there are any technical differences between the EU vs US version that might make it a danger to use in the US.
EG: An old Spektrum DX7 DSM2 transmitter is illegal to use in the UK because the power output is too high.
