Assymetric here also.
I have Hitec 322 in my plane and one servo moves 1/4 inch more than the other direction. I have to use my JR 8103 to program the throw to match others, but now the dilemma is that I have both servos in one channel and now the other one is off. I have at this happen before, about 3 times. Like the other guy said everything is centered and my radio was cleared. Its frustrating. Should I let it go and dial is in where now there will be a little differential in my ailerons. Opposite though. I am a real pilot so I understand about Differential and other aspects. etc.....

Nathan,
It is perfectly normal for 2 servos not to have exactly identical travel, esp if they are inexpensive servos. This is part of why the jr matchbox and the Futaba synchronizer are becoming so popular, is you can adjust the 2 servo's at the box, and then still just use one channel.
