Do i really need the Y with this radio? can i connect the 2 ailerons servos directly to the receiver? if yes, where? on 5th channel? can i use flaperons? tks for help

You say you are new therefore I assume you are referring to a trainer plane? If so just go with the Y lead.

Scolpit,

I dont know your specific Fuataba Tx but normally to use two servos on aileron you use channels 1 & 6, you'll probably have to change something in the Tx set up to activate the mix.

If there is no dedicated mix you could use one of the free mixers and mix Ch 1 (Master) to Channel 6 (Slave)

Good Luck

plug the right servo into channel 1. plug the left into channel 6. with xmitter mode button get to FLPR. make sure it is not repeat not inhibited. set % to 0. now check out movement of ailerons. now go to your manual to see how to set up flaperons.
