Default can i add more voltage to my futaba servo.

I am working on a rc project and need just a tad more power. Wright now it is running with 4 aa batteries.(Not allowed to use nicd) I was curius if my servo could take 9 volts of power.
Thanks,
Zach

The servo amp IC is rated at under 7.5V. Also, it's integral transistor drivers will not last long if they sink more than 600mA motor current. At 9V, the currents will be quite high under load.

No, our servos are rated to use 4 alkaline batteries. The best you can do it that unless you can get different servos.
