Default JR 8103 on GP 300 PW elevator servo set up

I was wondering if anyone has used their 8103 on a GP 300 PW and NOT used a Y servo reverser when setting up the elevator servos.
Im pretty sure how to do the ailerons (set up for flapperons) but the set up for the elevator servos elude me. I tried to do it with my JR 662 on a GP Giles 202, but was told the "basic" computer radios dont have the trim and sub trim when slaved to a master. So I had no choice but to use a Y rservo reverser.
Im fairly sure it's gonna have to be one of my programmable mixes. One thing Im concerned about is to make the mix "Always on" AND NOT have it on a switch (in case switch gets moved)
Ill be using a R700 reciever and the gear channel is used for the smoke system.

I would just like to thank you for that info. That was SO DANG EASY. Now I'm not sure how exactly I did it, but I followed the directions to a "T" and BAM! There it was, programmed. Im stoked up about playing with flapperons, and mixing with elevator. C'mon spring, get hear already!!! Im ready to fly!!!
