Good & Bad News at Horizon
FIRST LET ME THANK Danny at Horizon, I had an accident when fueling my UCD 60 and the result was I hosed down my 8103 with a large amount of 30% fuel. The fuel filled the throttle gimble and ran under the LCD cover Sheeeeese!!!!!! what a mess.
Good News I just received it back from repair just 8 days form sending it in JR repaired the LCD damage, cleaned the inside of the gimble and radio, replaced the memory battery(my request) and said thay found a small crack in the case and REPLACED the whole front 8103 case with a new one. The charge was 26 DOLLARS and that included the shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WOW
THE BAD NEWS Sorry Danny but at this PRICE for top notch service you won't be GETTING THAT RAISE YOU WANTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
