Dula Rates on Throttle
Anyone have any idea how I can put dual rates on a two position switch on my throttle stick. Full throttle stick flip switch I am on high rate, full throttle stick flip switch I am on low rate. I have a Futaba 9 CAP radio.

RE: Dula Rates on Throttle
I don't understand why you would want a dual rate for throttle. Don't think you can do it with a switch but you can make a throttle "curve" where throttle position is not linear with respect to stick position.

Sure, go to your advance menu and select Pmix 6 or 7. This is a point mix. There are 5 points. As you move the stick, different points take effect. Adjust each point to get the throttle response you are looking for.

RE: Dula Rates on Throttle
If you want a linear throttle response, like dual rates on the control surfaces, you could program a mix where you add negative throttle to the throttle channel. If you mix 30% negative throttle to the throttle channel and assign this to a switch, you'll get 100% throttle at full stick when the switch is off, and 70% throttle when the switch is on. I read an article about this in MAN. Useful if you have a scale airplane and want takeoffs to look like the real plane.
