1 and 6 is no problem, just use the Flaperon mixing function (FLPR) and you won't need to use one of your programmable mixe (PMX).
2 and 5... You can use a PMX, however I guess that you want to use this mix for dual elevator servos....But this situation isn't ideal. See this link:
