Default Servo Reversing

The geometry will be off from one side to the other if you merely flop the arm. There will be a differential action that will cause the two elevator halves to mis track.
Some manufacturers still offer reversed servos, but do it yourself reversing is a bit harder with the new breed of servos.
As it is ,with analog servos there will usually be a slight error in the linearity between the two servos. The better reversing Y connectors have pulse width altering circuitry to help dial the error out.
Some radios will allow you to asign a channel to the second servo and program your needs.
Digital servos may be reprogrammed to correct tracking error.

Default servo reversing

First IF you have an understanding of things electronic then it is quite easy

Second assume that you can use a small soldering iron without wrecking small components.

IF you have standard analog servos then you can reverse the power wires to the servo motor.

Again there may be some tracking error, you should be able to program that out on a computer radio. works ok on hitec and JR analog servos.

Make sure you test thoroughly and then retest.

Make sure your flaps have equal movement and rate of movement otherwise you will find you drop a wing at a very vunerable time in the approach!

good luck

Reversing the power wires alone will not cause an analog servo to reverse direction; you must also reverse the power wires to the feedback pot.
